Not currently - no. It probably shouldn't be too difficult, but it's not a feature that's been implemented up to now. I've logged this as a Feature Request tracker entry. Remember that the agent can read more than one config file (in a variety of locations). It's perfectly possible to point the agent to a local host-specific file *and* a common configuration file - either mounted remotely, or distributed to all systems (e.g. rdist). The name of the config file(s) is basically fixed, but the locations are not. That might be a work-around for you.
