Dave, I noticed that when the file systems in question where under heavy use, snmpwalk would timeout. I had to specify "-t 3" to avoid timeouts. Could it be the internal disk monitor is timing out and generating an error trap with odd values? I checked, but could not find, a timeout option for "monitor". Here's my monitor line: monitor -r 70 -o dskPath -o dskErrorMsg "dskTable" dskErrorFlag != 0 Thanks, js. -- Jean-Sebastien Morisset, Sr. UNIX Administrator <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Personal Home Page <http://jsmoriss.mvlan.net/> Underwater and Travel Photographs <http://www.mvpix.com/> ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by xPML, a groundbreaking scripting language that extends applications into web and mobile media.
