Without a config file present, it will start with its compile-time
defaults.  Edit the config file and read the man page
snmpdtrapd.conf(5):


$ strings /usr/lib/libsnmp.so.15|egrep -B4 -i "\.conf|SNMPCONFPATH"

%s/%s.conf
%s/%s.local.conf

/usr/share/snmp
/etc/snmp

SNMP_PERSISTENT_FILE
SNMPCONFPATH
