Well, it's probably being logged to the default log file
(typically something like /var/log/messages).
I'm afraid I can't be more specific, as you've not given
any indication as to what O/S you are working with.

The simplest way to see what's happening is to run the
trap receiver using

    snmptrapd -f -Le

and then you can see the output printed directly.

Forget about trap forwarding for the time being.
That's just making things more complicated.

Start with a simple setup - an agent sending directly
to a single trap receiver, which logs what it receives.

Try that with the configuration I suggested.
