The ifTable displays whatever information is reported by the kernel via (e.g.) /proc/net/dev, or whatever mechanism is appropriate for that architecture. If this API reports virtual interface statistics, then the ifTable will include this information. If it doesn't (which is probably more common), then the table won't either. The Net-SNMP agent isn't a magic box - it can't invent information that isn't actually available!
