Basically all what is expected from you is a little bit of coordination
of testing within your tribe i.e. try to distribute the work load,
monitor the progress and motivate (remind :) others to complete it on time.
As for editing test specifications, all tribe members can edit/clone
test specifications belonging to their tribes.

I'll work through my test spec today -- do I have rights to edit the test spec
