I'd have to agree that I'm not exactly impressed by the delay. I didn't
sign up until the early hours of Monday morning, as the sign-up page
didn't appear to be working when I tried on Sunday.
I did get the first email confirming the application & saying that once
the account was active I'd be notified, but since then I haven't heard
anything. Given the time at which I applied, I didn't expect the account
to be opened that quickly, but it's been a few days now. Of course I'm
assuming there hasn't been a problem with my application, though I hope
they'd say something if there was.
I've also been checking the website to see if there were any updates
about just how long it's taking for the accounts to open, but like you
say, it just shows 'sign-up now and start saving money within just 15
minutes.'
It wouldn't be so bad even if they said you'll have to wait 7 days
before the account became active. At least you'd have some idea of how
long you'd have to wait. As it is, that 15 minutes has been dragging on
for days now.
