When i signed up, it really WAS 15 minutes before the account was active.
Perhaps the sheer volume of sign-ups since has overwhelmed the system.

My only grumbles at the time were the many attempts to log on & the v. slow
downloads. These seem to be cured now, logged on first of trying for the last
five times, download transfers much improved.

Overall, for fifty quid, I can't grumble :)
