I will try to do what you suggested but, as I am not a perl programmer, I am
going to develop a C application using the libcurl to interact with the REST
api of NetDot.

Not at the moment, but we would gladly accept your code if you do.
One way to do this is to write utilities that interact with the REST API, so
they can be executed from anywhere.
