The default installation changed to /usr/local/www/netdot in 1.0.7.
Was this intentional, or did it get sucked in as part of #1826? If
unintentional, the attached patch reverts to the old location.

#1826 was incorrectly modified to change the installation link location of the
manual. This patch fixes this. The whole point of the stagedir is that it's a
temporary staging location, so any links to the staging directory itself are by
necessity incorrect.
