iptables-1.2.6 ?

I am new to iptables and am using a script from:
 http://www.sentry.net/~obsid/

It works under 1.2.5 but under 1.2.6 i get this:

rule:
$IPTABLES -A KEEP_STATE -m state --state INVALID -j DROP

and I get this:
iptables: match `state' v1.2.5 (I'm v1.2.6)

and it happens on every rule.
Has the command format changed?
