Has anyone come across the fact that we cannot manage the documents on printers?  We have 100s of photographs being printed in error, in colour, from one printer.  I phoned C2k helpdesk to ask how I could delete this document.  They said Northgate would have to do this.  In order to have this done, I need the printer ID, the document, probably the serial number and goodness knows what else.  What a system eh?  Don’t you just love it! (Sorry, end of a bad day.)
