Hi all
Authorised users and teachers can cancel print jobs here in Strathearn
School. We had a rebuild of our DC02 (our second server) during the summer
and found that teachers could no-longer delete print jobs. I logged a call
with the C2K help desk and they had it fixed for the next day.
To delete print jobs a teacher logged on can: Click on Start, then click on
Printers and Faxes, then double clicking on the required printer will show
you the list of pending print jobs.
Also you can print the current page you are looking at if print ranges don't
work.
