We have had similar problems with adding new users since the last update to the 
servers.  The help line assure us that there is a connection between the server 
update and losing the ability to add users.  Contact them, though they still 
have not sorted our new users out, but at least it adds another person to the 
list of people highlighting the issue.
 
Clearpoint could take over your life if you tried to keep it clear. I have 
discovered that it is less likely to time out if you access it outside school 
hours.  For some reason, c2k did not anticipate the volume of activity there is 
but 
say that they are looking at ways of improving its performance!  Once an e-mail 
has timed out, there appears to be no way of accessing that e-mail again.
