Locked Workstations

Can anybody tell me how to unlock a station that a member of staff has left without logging out?   I contacted the help desk and they suggested that it was only possible for an administrator (ie Northgate) to do this.   We are looking at the possibility of using Lesson Monitor next year and there could be a lot of problems if stations can’t be easily unlocked.   Regards,   Peter McQuillan --------------------------------------------------------------------- The opinions expressed are those of the individual and not the school.
