Hello Sometimes (most of the time) while in a call, the CHAT or the WHITEBOARD becomes "disconnected". I'll have relatively normal audio/video, but the CHAT and WHITEBOARD don't want to join in. Is this usual? Can they be forced to join the call, even if they don't want to?
