It means that Microsoft is not doing a very good job at keeping the default
directory online -- it is a problem at their end.
It probably will save some frustration if you use a directory from the list
at http://www.netmeeting-zone.com/ilslist.asp or use another connection
strategy from those at http://www.meetingbywire.com/NetMeeting101.htm
