[NetMeeting] Video Problem

Greetings, This is my first attempt to get an answer from  netmeeting-discussion. I have had success using Netmeeting 2.1, both the audio and video worked well. Recently I switched to NM 3.01, the audio was fine but the newer version did not accept my video system.  Everything in the video part of the Pgm was greyed out. So went back to NM2.1. The video system is Video blaster RT300 by Creative Technology. It has a camera and video capture card. The thing that I was informed about was that this video setup is OK on Windows 95 but will not work on Windows 98. Anyhow it fails on NM3.01. Has anyone got a solution to get this video working on NM3.01? Thanks Jack O'kane
