[NetMeeting] Video problem

[IDOCRASH1]

I recently installed an Intel USB III cam.  After installation, the camera 
works fine on the Intel Video Phone Program but is not recognized by Net 
Meeting  3 (the camera will not work)  I have gone thru reinstallation 
process several times.  Any suggestions?
