HI.
I am wanting to use Netmeeting as a remote training tool for our customers
who have purchased our software. My understanding is I need to have my IT
guys set up a server outside our firewall. (I can't call or receive any
calls as currently set up.) I gave my IT guy the Netmeeting Book (v2.1) and
he now tells me that instead of an ILS server we now need to use Site Server
and he is now sure how to set this up with Netmeeting.
What is the best way for me to be able to use NM3.01 to remotely train our
customers?? My boss is pushing hard for me to get this rolling. I use the
product at home with family and friends, but I am not a computer guru. Any
help any one can throw my way I would appreciate it.
