I think the release notes for 3.x outlines the problems -- things that I
remember == the 3.0 end cannot initiate a "Chat", if a 3.0 client is
collaboration a 2.x client can't take control, there are two whiteboards in
3.x -- the backwards compatible one must be used with 2.x clients and
probably a few others that don't immediately come to mind -- most just minor
annoyances.

No audio/video connections work fine in my experience.
