How about this: my daughter's computer is currently configured so she can
connect to AOL over the internet after she connects to the University of
Florida network. (In other words she doen't have to use a dial-up modem
connection to get on AOL).
Would this qualify as "reaching the outside," and allow her to use Netmeeting
from
AOL and transmit to me?
