Sounds like the university network is behind a firewall. Short of getting their 
sysadmin's help configuring the firewall to work with NM and allow in that much data 
(good luck), you may not be able to get calls or video into the school's network from 
the outside.

  I have been trying to contact someone who is at college and using the university 
network for the internet.  So far I haven't been able to connect with her.  She's been 
able to call me, but I cannot call her.  THEN I can't get the video to work.  I've 
tried just about everything...I have the auto send and receive video boxes checked.  
But in the tools, the receive is not highlighted to click on.  What am I missing?
