Bottom line... Yes. 6 means 12.
Allocation is done in 4k increments. Each increment has a real value of 2.
As such the Minimum of 4k or MinSPs=2 is in fact 4k of memory being
allocated. So if you increased MinSPs to the next possible value of 4 then
you would only have 8k of memory allocated. 10k of memory is the
recommended value. The next possible value has to be 6 or 12k of memory.
If you was to assign the value of 8 to MinSPs then you would have 16k of
memory assigned. 4k / 2 = 2; 8k / 2 = 4; 12k / 2 = 6; 16k / 2 = 8.
