You have a couple of options:

Get a parallel port camera ( the Vicam parallel port is very good and has NT
drivers -- Logitech also has NT drivers for some of their parallel port
cameras - but I haven't tried them on an NT)

Winnov has a PCMCIA capture card based camera
(http://www.winnov.com/products/vidcamtraveler.htm) with NT drivers
