i have same software config and use logitech's quick cam (parallel port) version
without problem. only draw back is that they say you shouldn't share the
printer port connection with a printer (not even with an a/b switch). so i just
added another parallel port card for printer connectivity.
the quick cam software for nt 4.0 may have to be downloaded off their web site
as it is fairly new.
