All concerned: As a quick workaround for both parties at least to view the same
graphic, I've had some success with the admittedly low-tech approach of copying from
one app and pasting into the whiteboard. I've not worked with the products you
mention, so I can't give you a more direct example, but when PowerPoint has shown me
the black screen while trying to share, I've been able to copy and paste a slide into
whiteboard (from within PP's slide sorter view, so it's small enough to fit on
w-board).
