David: simply go to www.myfreeld.com
Once there, you might want to check the SW and HW needed to
run the program. You must have NM 3.0 and at least IE4.0. The site does offer
then for downloading too. However you can get IE5.0 from Microsoft.
Once you are satisfied, download the software to your disk,
stay connected to the site and once the program is downloaded (2.1 Mb), remember
the directory you downloaded to and use explorer to go to that directory
and run the file. This will install the application software under the
Program Files directory. Do not launch the application yet.
Go back to the myfreeld site and fill the user profile, the
reason for the password as I understand it is for when you are ready to make a
call (after you have launched the application) it asks for the name you provided
and your password so that only you can use this service in your
computer.
Good luck
