There's another free PC to phone service called Hotcaller at
http://www.hotcaller.com and they do allow you to call other countries from
your PC, including Australia and the UK. Is there a catch? Yes! You have to
view two commercial messages from your browser for every two minutes of talk
time. I tried it but couldn't get their software to work. Maybe you'll have
better luck.
