I took the meaning of the message that the installation was not tested with
SP4 or 5 not that the components of the option pack did not work --
regardless I have had no problems installing SP5 after as I indicated.
And as I said I remember many NT users indicating that SP4 was
problematic -- that SP5 was a lot better ( don't remember the details
though). i don't know if this will fix or have any effect on the problem you
are having though.
