I hope this will help :
My company uses VCON PCI video capture board and camera (visit
www.vcon.com). This device can deliver smooth full duplex audio/video
on our 2 MB WAN link between head office and remote site, although
some delay occur between audio and video. The bandwidth this device
use can be configured from about 300 kbps up to 768 kbps.
It use it's own s/w to communicate, but I guess it run on top of
Netmeeting since it also install Netmeeting 2.0, so you won't miss any
     feature Netmeeting has.
One problem found : it won't run on HP Vectra VL6/series 7.

     regards,
     Rachmanto W

Yep, definitely. :)
On a FAST CPU, under LAN conditions, maybe.
Will it do it for capture to disk? Most likely.
Chances are, with ANY board, you won't get a full FPS.
Except for maybe ARRAY on a LAN.

Is anyone using or has used the Winnov PCI video capture board and
camera with Windows NT. Does board really capture 30 FPS. Can you get full
duplex audio/video. I have a client with nothing but Windows NT
workstations. I need a recommendation and I need to evaluate this product.
Thanks again for this discussion group.
