I don't have or use video (at least not yet anyway!), however when *I'm* in
conference with someone, I don't see names. Not even where you would see
them in iPhone (which I noticed NM 3.0 is designed like!).

In fact, if there's more than one other person connected to me, we're all
relegated to just sending text (I'm on a 56K dialup connection if that
matters any).

Is it just my connection or what?? Does it depend on one's connection (or
type thereof) to the 'net??

Just curious (and an obvervant NM user)... :-)

Sincerely,

P.S. Incidentally, I run an online radio station using SHOUTcast/WinAmp
Technologies and am trying to include the use of NM as an outlet for taking
live calls. I am aware of an SDK, but last I heard, that SDK was pulled
from the Microsoft site. I'm also aware of a SHOUTcast plug-in which
nullifies the output, however whenever I go to RECEIVE other SHOUTcast
stations, this gets in the way causing an error message saying something
like CANNOT CREATE .WAV OUTPUT. I know that this is a discussion for NM,
but am wondering just what other options I have in using NM while on the
cyberairwaves.

P.P.S.: I am mostly a lurker on this list because the discussions are more
technically oriented than my knowledge of computers is. If lurking on the
list is considered inappropriate, I shall unsubscribe ASAP to remain in
compliance with list rules.
