Dear all,
I recently started to use Netmeeting for videoconferencing and have found
the results to be extremely slow through the Internet (I have only used the
Microsoft ILS directory and use a modem). I wonder if it would be possible
to connect directly to another person by dialling their phone no. instead
of going via my ISP ? If this is possible how would it be done ?
