one 'simple' way of doing that is to configure the remote PC as 'dial-up
server'. In other words, you use a PPP dial-up setting, the remote PC
accepts the PPP dial-up as server.
One draw-back is that you need to configure IP addresses in both PC's AND
these have to be in the same range, subnet. (not very flexible if you
contact 'at random')

This works with windows 95, 98 and NT

For more info on the exact configuration of the remote PC, check out the
Microsoft DUN info.

PS since this is in fact the only way to get guaranteed bandwidth for
netmeeting we could set a generic setting, if everybody uses this setting
'it could be possible' to call at random. Any ideas on the IP address one
should use ? (how we're sure you're the only one and the other is always in
your subnet (0.0.0.0))
