Too often that message is not valid.  Many times when I call a
party again the message changes to " not found .." or it does go through.  
Try again.  If the same message repeats, or you cnnot
complete the call, give up.  Make sure you have a meaningful address
set in your My Information, like [EMAIL PROTECTED]  It improves
the chance that the receiving party will be connected in some fashion
to permit audio, video or chat or some combination.  At peak times
the heavily used ils servers are notorious for that kind of tripping
up.  Be persistent and patient and reissue your requests a number
of times.
