Note that this is not directly related to this list...but...
I am having a very annoying problem with the AIW 128 card when trying
to create an mpeg1 video for a videoCD. The CDRW drive (Ricoh which
uses CeQuadrat's WinOnCD program) requires that the bit rate
of the video is done at 1151200 bit/s (which is WhiteBook compliant).
The problem is that within the AIW128 digital VCR setup section, it
uses a slide bar to set the video bit rate and I do not seem to be able
to set it at *exactly* at 1151200 bit/s. The slidebar seems to stop
either slightly too low or high, instead of at 1151200 bit/s. And
since the bit rate is off, WinOnCD will not accept the mpg file.
Anyone else having this problem? Is there a workaround? It would
have been great if I could have just typed the bit rate in the field.
Thanx!!
