See if the settings are written to an .ini file. Find the line in it that
saves the bit rate. Change it to what you want.

: Note that this is not directly related to this list...but...
: I am having a very annoying problem with the AIW 128 card when trying
: to create an mpeg1 video for a videoCD. The CDRW drive (Ricoh which
: uses CeQuadrat's WinOnCD program) requires that the bit rate
: of the video is done at 1151200 bit/s (which is WhiteBook
: compliant).
: The problem is that within the AIW128 digital VCR setup section, it
: uses a slide bar to set the video bit rate and I do not seem
: to be able
: to set it at *exactly* at 1151200 bit/s. The slidebar seems to stop
: either slightly too low or high, instead of at 1151200 bit/s. And
: since the bit rate is off, WinOnCD will not accept the mpg file.
: Anyone else having this problem? Is there a workaround? It would
: have been great if I could have just typed the bit rate in the field.
: Thanx!!
