Besides netmeeting and a mike what other equipment do I need.
Video board I am using an ATI xpert 128. I plan to purchase a camera in
the next week or so is there anything special I should look for.
Is my video board sufficient or do I need something extra.
How do I find out who is on line and initiate a chat with someone.
