After working properly for some time, my NM 3.1 video has suddenly become skewed 
diagonally and 
distorted.  When other users call me, their video displays just fine.

I use a camcorder attached to a TV card.  The camcorder's output, viewed from the TV 
program, 
looks good -- implying that the camcorder, cable, etc. are still working OK, but that 
something in 
NetMeeting may have gotten corrupted.

I've tried re-installing NetMeeting, but my video is still distorted.

Any suggestions on files/drivers that could be causing this?
