I can't see where this is a NetMeeting problem so reinstalling NetMeeting I
would guess would have no effect-- it just takes whatever the capture card
driver feeds and displays it in preview and compresses and transmits it to
the other end.

It sounds like a driver problem but you seem to indicate that this problem
just happened ( nothing you can think of that might have caused the
problem -- new software or???). I would reinstall the capture card drivers
and software.
