I recently purchased and installed a Logitech Quick Cam and have tried
NetMeeting 3.1 w/ another user.  I experienced the following problems:

1.  Very poor and broken video (both as received and transmitted to the
other party.)

2.  Very poor audio, again both incoming and outgoing.  

3.  An echo of my own voice through my speakers.

I have visited several "help" sites and have incorporated the following
modifications:

1.  In my TCP/IP settings, I disabled "header compression"
2.  In the "multimedia" folder, I made sure that the only video capture
device enabled is the one installed via Logitech software.

I'm new to the NetMeeting arena and was a little disappointed.  How
"smooth" of a video transmission should I expect?  (ie, the only thing I
"saw" was primarily a frozen image of the other party.)  How about the
audio portion?  

Any insights would be appreciated!
