Hey Folks,
Thanks for the ideas. I placed the LDAP service in Manual startup mode (was
on automatic) and rebooted the server. After it came back up I started NM
v3.01 and it proceeded to load just fine. Of course I did not have ILS/LDAP
services. So it appears that LDAP is making a T.120 connection thus not
allowing NM to start up. I will have to try it with NM v2.11. Again
Thanks.

I think that message generally comes up when the T.120 or
H.323 stacks can't
initialize -- is there something on the computer that could
be initializing
and using the T.120 or H.323 ports?
Is the NetMeeting that you are running attempting to log
into the ILS that
is on the same machine -- I haven't done it lately but I
used to run ILS 2.0
and NetMeeting ( maybe V2 ) from the same NT server box
without incident --
I don't recall using the ILS as my default login at the same
time but that
may have happened as well.
