Ok, I got Remote Desktop to work, but...
I was fooling around with different applications and I found that MS Word
crashes my remote PC (NT4.0 Blue Screen Crash). I can open Word by itself
and create a new document. But, when I try to open an existing document,
the PC dies. And get this one...I can open Word, save a new document and
then when I try to reopen the same document, the PC crashes.
This seems to be the only application that does this. Any other MS Office
program is fine. Of course, when I am actually using the remote PC in
person, Word works fine. I can even run some serious memory hog programs
like MapInfo and some internally written analysis tools remotely and they
work fine.
What the heck is the deal with this?
