Thanks for the tip, Blair. Unfortunately my Internet access doesn't work
that way.
I just open up the browser and I'm there. So any authentication issues that
may be arising are hidden.

internet as mine does here at work. i have to bring up internet explorer

causes our firewall security software to prompt me for id and psw. once
entered, then msn comes up without the message you're receiving. hope this
