 But Winroute call the port matching table PAT. I see this technology in CISCO's NAT 
definition. The "NAT" Server route all the incoming request to some ports to the ports 
of a computer in the LAN.You only need to match the ports netmeeting use to a computer 
which in the LAN. But only one computer in the LAN can get the call from outside.
If you use proxy server, you can use "PhonePatch", which acts as a PABX.
If you use NAT,it is difficult to do.
