Since audio only requires very little bandwidth (~6K bits),
your audio problem most likely due to:
1) Your sound card is half-duplex.
2) Echo cancellation is not optimized.
I am using CuPhone ( www.cuphone.com ) for my netmeeting, which
has build in Camera and handset interface.
The audio quality is very good (no echo, full-duplex, no break up).
