Actually,before I use the current capture card and a color camera, I used a cheap
capture card and a black-and-white camera, the cheap one was also my display card, I
found the whole system really worked, the data trans rate was high when I downloaded
files from Microsoft(although the NetMeeting was working.)
Acording to the hardware comments in www.netmeet.net , i know that to use capture card
takes less CPU's power than to use USB camera and others.
