I'm in China and a new one in NetMeeting. I use ISDN(64K) to connect to
Internet, the version of my IE and NetMeeting are 5.0 and 3388. The setting
of my machine is as follow: K6/166 CPU, 32M memory, 8.4G harddisk, S3virge
display card with 2M memory, a video capture card and a color camera.
Resently, I found the IE works very slowly after I run NetMeeting, the data
trans rate is only at 1k bytes per second when I download files from
Microsoft(although the Netmeeting is not working), IE and NetMeeting give me
message "Internal Error..." sometimes, and the registry file of my system is
also damaged sometimes. But sometimes my machine really works.(I use
QuickTime to watch webtv BBC world or Bloombeg, the data trans rate can be
at more than 5K/s)
I did fdisk and setup my system again yesterday, at the begin of using my
"new" system, I felt nice, but not long then, the system worked slowly
again.
There is virus in my system? My system is hacked or monitored by others?
There is any problem with my ISP? Or there are problems with my computer? So
I wanna every friend gives me good comments.
