Hi ppl,
I heard one can 'PUSH' a web page to a user using Netmeeting 3 SDK...
Eg. Customer called.
Customer service clerk answers.
Clerk redirects user to a specific site for more info.
[clerk key in URL into app interface, click 'SEND' button]
Customer's machine, OPENs a browser and loads the URL.
Meanwhile... customer and clerk can still communicate thru netmeeting.
Anyone any ideas how this can be done? Or even... can it be done in VB?
or is it only possible using C++? *glup*
Any info/help is greatly appreciated.
