Hi... I have the following problem:
I need to implement a "Call-center" service by NetMeeting. But I won't
prolly have people enough to answer the calls... So, I need a way to make a
pool, where people will wait till someone is able to answer that, prolly the
browser opening a Homepage or something.
I have looked over the internet, but found no info if that's possible and/or
it has been done somewhere. Anyone knows a way to do it?
